I have a bunch of legal contract templates that I have collected together and need them combined and formatted into a single Microsoft Word document that looks nice and is easy to navigate. Nothing new needs to be written, you'll only be taking what I already have, putting it together and making it look nice and presentable. The contracts are in different formats right now. Here is a rundown of what you'd be getting to work with: 1. 100 Microsoft Word documents with the file name being the name of the contract/agreement. These would have to be taken and put into our new Word document, with appropriate page breaks, etc. 2. A 2 page PDF file that will have to be retyped. This is a letter with some personal information that should be made generic in our new document. (this one goes first before all other documents) 3. A 35 page Word document containing some contract templates that I scanned. Since I scanned them, the formatting is rather ugly. This will have to be cleaned up when added to our new document. 4. 2 very small software programs (Windows-based) I'll send you. One has 91 contracts and the other has 103. Some of these may be duplicates of any I mentioned earlier, so please do not include duplicate types in our new file. Also some may not be included at all because they might be too variable in their design. That's it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
