About the position: Inkwell Creative is seeking a full-time Motion Graphics Designer who is able to seamlessly integrate themselves with the workflow of our agency. You will work closely with the Department Head on collaborative conceptualization, video shoots, editing, but primarily pushing our motion graphic design to the next level. You must be highly creative and take a critical approach to each project with a strong understanding of client's needs, project timelines and agency workflow. This position requires excellent time management and a strong ability to prioritize assignments as well as work with both the creative and accounts sides of the agency. Description of the ideal candidate: Experienced with design, animation, compositing, and 3D for Motion Graphics A conceptual producer that has experience in making original 2D, 3D, Motion Graphics, Illustration, Animation, Film-making, Interactive, putting together concepts into creative presentations and boards etc. Highly creative, collaborative and professional Has a love for anything digital with a fond appreciation for good work, craftsmanship and quality Organized, precise, efficient and timely and can work on multiple on-going projects and timelines Has some experience with film/video shoots and skills needed to handle footage and finish projects to completion with post and editorial skills Ability to constructively work with other editors/designers/clients in a consultative role Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent combination of experience and education - some agency experience preferred Requirements: -Strong portfolio -Must be collaborative and creative -Knowledge of: After Effects Cinema 4D Final Cut Pro Photoshop Illustrator Soundtrack Pro/Logic/Soundbooth experience is a plus Canon 5D/7D experience is a plus Basic lighting techniques/types of lights and purposes is a plus Driver's license/clean driving record Compensation: DOE.
