If you are interested in this opportunity or other opportunities available through Adecco, please email Jordi.vidal@adeccona.com The Role The Online Marketing Program Manager will drive and manage several key aspects of worldwide marketing for the overall iTunes Gift Card product category. The ideation and development of online marketing strategies, tactics and tools will be a significant part of the role. The Program Manager will proactively oversee and ensure the development and execution of key brand initiatives, seasonal and promotional online marketing communications programs. They will collaborate and work closely with a variety of individuals and groups across the following internal organizations within our client’s Media Player Platform: Product Marketing, Marketing, and Gift Cards Sales. There will also be a significant amount of external collaboration and coordination with external vendors, retailers, and manufacturers. Responsibilities include Work with agency to develop assets, banners, etc. following brand guidelines Work in conjunction with Sales, Retail Marketing, Marcom, & Ops teams. Conduct/gather market research from target countries/geographies to help drive strategy discussions. Design, execute and manage online programs including asset download, online merchandising, DM campaigns, search, and newsletters. Identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to improve the customer experience and cross-sell results. Measure effectiveness of on-line programs, address gaps, optimize, and make recommendations as appropriate Job Experience: • BA/BS Degree. - 5+ years of online marketing and implementation experience. - Knowledge of website architecture, databases, testing, analytical methodologies, and online product merchandising. - Proven experience in implementing innovative and measured online marketing programs that generate sales results and promote the brand. Including: demand generation, social communities, blogs, video and viral marketing - A strong project management background is key to manage varying levels of complexity and timelines running concurrently over extended periods of time. - Applicants should possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, in order to work effectively with both team members and retailers. General writing and editing skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills will be necessary when working closely with the sales team and retailers. The candidate will work under tight timelines and deadlines with limited supervision or direction. A proactive approach to driving process and schedules would be beneficial. Skilled at working with cross functional teams. Organized, detail oriented and strong at attacking challenges. Additional Requirements At times the individual will be expected to work extended hours that may fall over evenings or weekends during peak periods. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 20-30% of the time. The travel may vary between both domestic and international travel. A valid passport will be required for international travel.
