Busy company located in Fairfax, VA is looking for several Accounts Receivable clerks. These individuals will be processing and posting credit card orders and cash receipts, processing, posting, printing and mailing invoices and filing copies, researching discrepancies and scanning all posted work-orders. Will also work with collections by mailing statements over 15 days past due, making past due calls, and researching discrepancies or refunds. Requirements include a minimum of six months previous experience, strong customer service skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
