I am building a house for some family members in QLD Australia and I have started a design in sketchup to give them an idea of the overall look but I need someone to produce a set of working drawing to submit for building approval, nothing to detailed but it will need to conform with local authority requirements (Sunshine Coast Regional Council). The block is quite large so fitting the design on the block wont be a problem. The design will be single level, timber frame with a corrugated iron roof, Pavilion style, approx 250m2.
