Job Requirements Long term Contract - Renewable every 6 months - Duration Indefinite! 10+ years in IT 4+ years of Pega Product Knowledge – Fully trained on the core products to be able to apply product’s capabilities to business needs. Delivery Expertise – 10+ years in IT industry as business /systems analyst for large development. Industry Knowledge - 4+ years in the concerned domain and understands processes and terminology. Methodology Expertise – Formally trained and certified in Pega’s business architecture and implementation methodologies. Work closely with client’s BA team for interfacing on a regular basis with both the Business and Technical teams to insure requirements are detailed and understood. Drive the development of atomic use cases to maximize reuse and ability to extend the functionality in the future. Help to organize, schedule and facilitate the DCO sessions with the SMEs Draft UI and flow components and insure that the SSAs have everything they need so that they may complete the production build. Help to prioritize the feature list to insure the capabilities with the largest business impact are addressed as early as possible Guide the customer on test and report strategy, while maintaining ongoing knowledge transfer to the customer. Help to insure that the project and enterprise standards are adhered to. Help validate the business test scripts adequately test the application under various conditions. Impart knowledge to the client /partner resources, to enable them for making future changes. PEGA PRPC 5.4 or higher platform experience for at least 3 years is a must. Also Experience in CPM framework (CPMHC preferred) 3+ years implementing Pega PRPC projects as an Business Analyst.
