Required Qualifications: • Strong hands-on Expertise in Red Prairie platforms/languages such as Java, C/C++, MOCA, Integrator, Oracle PLSQL required. • Multiple Technical Implementations of Red Prairie WMS system/Manhattan as Technical resource in Retail or Similar Distribution centers is required. • 7+ years of Red Prairie WMS/Manhattan programming Development experience with increasing responsibility as techno functional are required. • Strong knowledge of Oracle applications R12 Inventory. WIP, Purchasing, OM are only desired. • Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferred) in computer science or related technical field or equivalent experience • Strong understanding Red Prairie Device Integration is desired. • 5+ years of experience working with large Warehouses in US either as systems analyst or DC analyst • Able to support Global Bare business teams from North America, Europe and Asia. • Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers. • Strong Negotiation skills, excellent communication, presentation skills and Conflict resolution skills needed. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language to end users and Senior management • Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Strong multi-tasking capabilities • Willingness to travel as required (<25% The Development Lead - Programmer Analyst will be responsible for Development and support of Red Prairie (RP) Warehouse Management System (WMS), RP Work Force Management (WFM, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Warehouse Control System (WCS), Parcel shipping, associate subsystems and peripherals like RF / Voice equipment integrated with any ERP preferably Oracle ERP. Individual will be part of project team implementing Red Prairie WMS and will support systems after implementation. Red Prairie Development Lead providesoftware solution, transforms user needs & functional designs/specifications into technical system designs, hands on develops/codes the solution, performs unit testing, and debugs and maintains programs/code throughout the various stages of development from proof of concept prototypes to functional software. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies. Individual should be able to provide level 2 support for our distribution center including triage of day-to-day escalations and issues resolution for Distribution center in support of the Business users. Primary Responsibilities: • Serve as onsite and fully hands-on Technical Red Prairie WMS expert serving our major Distribution center in Columbus. • Create new reports and Labels as per DC business need. • Co-ordinate with BE IT San Francisco team to manage every day support of Red Prairie and its integrations with Oracle ERP. • Able to understand and troubleshoot primarily code issues of Red Prairie and its integrations. • Support Supply chain teams for regular Month end and quarter end closes and resolve WMS issues. • Work with other Business analyst onsite in DC and also in SF along with Bare Escentuals development team in converting the business solution into technical designs. • Coordinate and/or deliver end-user training as appropriate • Provide reports and analyze data for management team in Distribution Centers (Columbus, UK) • Ensure data integrity through periodic review and audit of Distribution and supply chain systems
