Nsight is looking for Sr. Networking Engineer/Lead or Manager Job Title: Sr. Networking Engineer/Lead or Manager Duration: 6 + Months Location: Boston, MA Rate: DOE Job Description 5-7 years’ experience in network administration and architecture Knowledge of Cisco and Nortel Switches F5 VPN and LTM experience VOIP (voice over IP) experience Some experience setting up QOS Familiarity with the Riverbed devices Experience managing an implementing wireless environments. Break/fix experience in a 24X7 production environment. Large environment experience a plus (hundreds of devices) Manages the team that provides the following global services: data center networks, LAN/WAN-eVPN, VoIP voice services, unified voice/data communications and unified communications data center management for networking and telephony services CISCO network and AVAYA telecom or MS Lync equally. Cisco certifications a plus Responsibllties The Engineer/Lead is responsible for the Enterprise Unified Communications infrastructure. This would include legacy PBX & VoIP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Data Center Networking, LAN/WAN, Mobile Communications and other collaborative conduits. This position will manage and coordinate the day-to-day planning, design, operations and maintenance of the telecommunication, networking and collaborative functions to ensure a service level that meets or exceeds customer needs and organization objectives.
