Enterprise Architect Overland Park, KS AVA Consulting is seeking for a Enterprise Architect to join our clients team at Overland Park KS Note:- Only US and Green Card holders are eligible for this position Job Description: Develops and maintains a good understanding of the Business and Technology Strategies and identifies/designs Architectures that will enable to support the strategies. Facilitates the development of strategies and roadmaps that depict movement from current state to future state. Enterprise Architect will guide the IT organization in reducing complexity and simplifying the delivery of services and solutions. This position will be responsible for defining EA and supporting review processes, and for coordinating the integration of those processes with related business and IT processes. Additional Skills: Seven or more years of experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including technical architecture, network design, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations Seven or more years of experience building and ever-greening IT enterprise architecture and governance programs and associated best practices Proven ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions Proven ability to lead and facilitate the creation of governing principles and supporting processes to guide EA decision making Experience in strategic planning, gap analysis and roadmap development Experience building trust, aligning priorities and nurturing effective working relationships between multiple constituents NOTE:- Interested Candidates can apply by sending there Updated Resume and Contact Details.
