NOTE: H1s and GC EADs should provide their H1 copy and EAD copy is MUST Here are the Job Descriptions JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1.Monitoring Administrator Description: The Enterprise Monitoring Admin works under the Senior Enterprise Monitoring Architect to implement, document and maintain the Tivoli Monitoring stack of software on the EDR project. The individual is self starting, works will with related architects and administrators and meets deadlines as negotiated. The individual will work both alone and in design sessions with other architects to implement the final EDR monitoring solution. Key Skills: • Demonstrated hands on working knowledge of Tivoli and Netcool monitoring products from IBM. • Demonstrated hands on working knowledge of the Tivoli monitoring tools in an AIX (preferred) or Unix environment, in large multiple server Data Center environment • Familiarity of Tivoli tools installed in a Windows environment. • Demonstrated knowledge of common Tivoli Monitoring infrastructure combined with Netcool Omnibus 2.Provisioning Administrator Description: The Provisioning Admin automates the process of creating new environments for a large scale infrastructure consisting of 100 Plus LPAR’s in AIX and several dozen Windows Server 2008 instances in a VMWare ESXI 4.x environment. The provisioning will largely be performed for the AIX 6.x environment and include both production and non-production environment automated setup. Key Skills: · Excellent written and verbal skills · Ability to act as the liaison between project teams (developers, testers, etc.) administrators · Ability to work closely with environment architects to define the level and sophisticate needed to stand up new LAPRs and VMware environments. Ability to map needs into hardware and operating system requirements and work with administrators to get the necessary infrastructure provisioned · Ability to map needs into working unix and windows scripts that can then be used by less technical personnel to create environments on demand. · Ability to work with product SME’s to understand their installation needs and then map those installation processes to automated scripts · Experience in automation of software installs, silent and network based installations. Foundational understanding of application and database servers such as WebSphere application server and DB2 3.Automation Administrator Description: The Senior Automation Specialist works to design, document, implement and maintain the Tivoli Automation tools in both AIX and Windows server environments. The individual is self starting, works will with related architects and administrators and meets deadlines as negotiated. The individual will work both alone and in design sessions with other related specialists to design the final EDR Automation solution, will provide informal skills transfer to customer personnel and be able to articulate the design affirmatively to diverse groups. Key Skills: • Demonstrated hands on working knowledge of Tivoli Automation and related products in a mission critical Unix Environment (2 years), AIX preferred o Includes Tivoli System Automation (required) Tivoli System Automation Application Manager (desirable) • Demonstrated hands on working knowledge of Tivoli Automation in a Windows Environment (1 year) • Must be able to design, articulate tradeoffs and implement best practices for Tivoli Automation in both a Unix and Windows Environment • Demonstrated hands on working knowledge scripting in an AIX (preferred) or Unix in large multiple server Data Center environment 4.Environment Engineer Description: The Environment Engineer is responsible for the coordination, creation, and maintenance of all project related computing environments. These environments include: proof-of-concept, development, integration test, system test, system verification test, system qualification test, performance test, and production. The Environment Engineer will Provision and configure necessary middleware tiers including WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker and WSRR, WebSphere Portal, Pega PRPC, Business Objects, SPSS, Filenet, Genesys, iCapture, Initiate MDM. Product specific administrators will assist with these activities and train the environment team to handle standard activities. Key Skills: • Excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to act as the liaison between project teams (developers, testers, etc.) administrators • Ability to lead teams to identify environment needs; what is needed and when • Ability to map needs into hardware and operating system requirements and work with administrators to get the necessary infrastructure provisioned • Ability to map needs into database requirements and work with DBAs to get necessary databases provisioned and configured Please send us updated Profiles who are really good fit and interested.
