Aequor, a leading supplier of solutions to the the business community, seeks an Epicor Consultant. The position is to analyze client’s current CRM and ERP solutions (Advantage & Pronto) and define all requirements to migrate to client’s new ERP preferred solution of Epicore. The consultant will analyze other client processes, such as their Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution and Operations and make recommendations for the correct solution to fit NAMG’s needs. The involved activities include attending team meetings and interacting with all team members. Other key activities include development of the detailed requirements, gap analysis of the requirements, recommend a strategy and solution for implementation. Must also provide periodic updates to management on the timeline and activities. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) is important. Proper documentation of all processes is needed, including process flows. Skills: Must have 5 or more years of Functional experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution and Operations. Experience with Epicor ERP is a must. Experience in SQL Server is preferred. The candidate must be able to communicate all the requirements to the Implementation team and positively interact with all team members in the Company. Strong analytical skills are necessary. The candidate must be able to work 40+ hours/week on site. MS Office and MS Visio is also needed.
