Aloha We are a team of individuals who are starting a marketing firm here on Oahu. *Applicant must live on the island of Oahu. Currently our team consists of a specialized brand/image designer, website developer and business plan writer. We are seeking someone who can join our team to facilitate the marketing aspect of the business that we may also freelance marketing work too as needed. Here is a breakdown on what we are looking for as a partner to join our team. A) Develop marketing plan for use "in house" for our company. (immediate project) B) Be a marketer for our business representing us and assisting in obtaining clients. (immediate project) C) Once business is launched create marketing plans and assist clients offering marketing services on behalf of our business. (future freelance work) We will invest all funds for marketing, assist as a group in putting together a sales team and cross promote our services as one firm. Our target market are existing businesses in the higher income bracket.(550K Gross or more) Hence you must be professional and able to produce high quality and applicable marketing plans. For ourselves we are looking for a realistic marketing plan that has a detailed step by step action that can be easily understood by the team. You will also promote the business via events and work along side our website designer for clients projects. Ideal criteria: -Professional and able to relate to fellow professionals, CEOs and business owners. -College educated preferred. Marketing or business major. -Have own transportation to meet clients around the island. -Be able to meet three to four times weekly in town(Honolulu) and Pearlridge for company meetings -Return work calls and emails within twelve hours -Be able to communicate the clients wants and needs to the team. -Open to learn about the other services the firm offers and how to best to offer them. -Dress and express yourself in a professional manner. -Able to pursue leads and be proactive in finding new leads. -Work well with a team and open to constructive criticism in regards to clients needs. -Must be able to produce and show examples of marketing plans with integrity and that are applicable. Our firm must be able to sell "you" and your experience and expertize to the clients so when responding sell "us" on why you think you will be a good fit for our team. Serious inquiry's only please.
