Vertex Computer Systems is currently looking for a Technical Analyst – Oracle EBS   Position: Technical Analyst – Oracle EBS Location: Foster City, CA Role: Technical Analyst – Oracle EBS OBIA Lead 3 year business transformation of program including implementation program including implementation of Fusion Middleware and Oracle EBS Required Skills: • Very Strong in modules like OM, Advance Pricing, AR, TCA, EB-Tax and Warehouse Management System • Sound Technical business process conceptual skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Cross-functional ability (OBIA consultant having perspective of ETL, eBS Table structures, etc.) • Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand • Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances • Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required • Ability to work to plan and meet timelines; should be responsive Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables: • Should be able to work independently and work with the end users to ensure resolution of Service tickets or Incidents • Work with the offsite and Offshore based teams to coordinate Incident management, development and issue or problem resolution. • Gather requirements for minor enhancements, configuration changes. • Troubleshooting interfaces, reports and workflow issues. • Job Monitoring and providing on call support • Help create weekly metrics and own the status reporting with the users and other stakeholders
