I'm a consultant who does freight analysis for small -mid-size companies. Job description: I need a simple program that can identify and extract specificied data sets from an Excel or CSV file. The data must be able to be selected by using check boxes or drop-down list, The data will need to be converted to various charts & graphs to clearly show annual performance totals, trends, and percentages. The ability to change/switch between chart & graph type is a must. The result must be easily filtered to expand or limit result criteria. The program must also have the ability to convert the results to a PowerPoint presentaion. I have most of the data fields already labeled in an Excel file but struggle with formulas and I'm not a programmer. I currently copy/paste data into an Excel spreadsheet then manually do the work. I can create a master template in Excel but want something I can download on any computer to run analysis on-site with any computer. I'm not familiar with the various programming codes but it must be simple & compatible, easily modified as needed, and secure.
