A leading UK retail banking group has a vacancy for a Business Analyst with strong exposure to a Payments and PPI environment. Working within PPI Operations, the successful BA (business analyst) will focus specifically on the customer payment process, supporting and assisting the "end state" Programme Manager by leading operational implementation impact assessments with the operations teams to deliver both tactical and strategic payment enhancements. This will include the production of associated business cases, business requirements, testing and delivery plans etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong Financial Services history (ideally within Retail or Wholesale banking) and be knowledgable of Payments, PPI Operations and Customer Payment Processes from a BA (Business Analysis) perspective.
