ICT Project Analyst - PRINCE2/ Change / Data Analysis
Specific activities will include: Change Process -Defines and updates the process as required and communicates to all stakeholders - Acts as the point of contact for the implementation of a new change management tool to support the change process Change Management -Receives and allocates priority to all RFCs - Agrees release schedules with ICT and affected business users - Maintains the change register and proactively manage RFCs though all stages of the change process - Tracks the allocation and use of development days - Provides details of forthcoming releases and resulting system disruption to ICT Test Manager - Maintains the SharePoint repository of RFCs and ensure all relevant communications are saved there Commercial - Ensures PO's are raised for approved RFCs in a timely manner - Maintains the Contract Change register and ensure that CANs are signed and distributed in a timely manner Analysis and presentation of data - Prepares the information pack for, and minutes, SUG (System User Group) meetings - Prepares and distributes updates for the Operations Board - Provides analysis of the RFCs as directed by Management The project analyst will also support other ICT projects as requested. Essential Skills Technical skills and/ or experience to include: * Project management (PRINCE 2 Practitioner or equivalent) * Change Mangement * Data Analysis * Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project Personal Skills: * Excellent communication, influencing, leadership and management skills across all ICT disciplines * Shows initiative and attention to detail * High level of energy and drive and able to operate under pressure Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV Hudson is a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide
