Clinical Solutions Trainer

Adecco Medical & Science is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Client Relations Manager on behalf of one of Adecco Medical & Science’s top tier clients. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Uses a combination of onsite training, live online training, and pre-recorded online tools to provide product training to key hospital personnel. Provides or coordinates education support, for example, train-the-trainer programs, and education manuals. Serves as liaison between customer facing personnel, key customers, sales, and the product team, communicating what is learned about such issues as workflow, customer preferences, data requirements, hospital information systems, etc. Recommends product enhancements to the product development team based on customer interaction and feedback. Uses Salesforce.com to log customer and training information including trip reports, contacts, training satisfaction surveys and other metrics to measure, monitor, and communicate internally and externally the return on training investment Partners with Provider Sales Team in securing renewals and to aid client’s in their full utilization of products, including monitoring product usage trends. Coordinates and provides the delivery of solutions including training programs and other value-added solutions. Develop long-standing relationships with key customer stakeholders to support initiatives that continue to drive product usage and value realization. Works with product management, implementations, technology, and other internal support resources to ensure day-to-day service is effectively meeting client needs and value is being recognized by client. Actively monitors risk factors such as product usage, satisfaction, support tickets, implementations and other activities to proactively engage clients in increasing usage and supporting their renewal. Identify upsell opportunities through the knowledge of the client’s business issues and pain points. Assists with/participates in client specific and/or regional education seminars, user groups, product focused, on-site client engagements as appropriate. Produce post engagement Executive Summaries and generate customer success stories. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree required RN, PA, PharmD, Nurse Practitioner or other clinical licensure required Masters degree preferred. Minimum five years experience in client-facing roles required. Prior training experience required. Experience working directly with various organizational levels of clients required Job Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Ability to effectively train end users in small or large group settings. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate both in oral and verbal forms. Ability to work collaboratively across different work groups. Understanding of basic business terms. Ability to propose viable solutions to problems. Strong analytic skills. Strong presentation skills at all levels of client organization. Ability to demonstrate value proposition of a product.
