BA’s with strong Telco backgrounds and with either Billing or Rating or both experience. Plus the following requirements: Responsible to support auditing and validation of the application output Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases and workflow analysis Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Organize and lead small groups to resolve complex business problems Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field 5+ years of experience writing technical and business specifications Ability to handle multiple assignments Superior written and oral communication skills
