Integrated PM Solution is seeking consultants to fill several PeopleSoft HRMS Program Lead positions in New York, New York. These positions are being offered on a Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-time direct hire basis. Due to security restrictions all candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders at the time of application. Only candidates meeting all of the position requirements will be offered a screening interview Responsibilities: Monitor progress in adherence to the project plan and maintain the project plan Lead gate reviews with the integration management office Manage scope and deliverables, resolve issues, and facilitate change requests of PeopleSoft HCMS Deployment Lead and track the delivery of action items Escalate issues where appropriate Develop status reports and manage status meetings Manages consultant resources Communicate project status to Program executive sponsors and steering committee Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) 5 years of PeopleSoft HCMS 9.1 multi-country/language Deployment Experience Experience with 2 or more full cycle implementations managing multiple concurrent HCMS deploys Must have: PeopleSoft HCMS 9.1 Data Conversion Processes Payroll Interface and PeopleSoft Global Security Design Principles Documented experience: Managing challenges of a multi-language , multi-country deploy Developing project deliverables (project charter, BRD, project plan) Submitting on time, high quality project deliverables Note: Due to the security level of this project all consultants MUST either be US Citizens or Green Card holders of at the time of application. A detailed background check, Drug test, Proof of employment authorization, education, and work history will be required.
