Required: * 2 - 5 years of IT support experience * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting * Working knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory * Working knowledge of PC and laptop repair and support * Ability to look etcbeyond written instructions and known remedies to fix systems and services as quickly and effectively as possible * Strong capability to manage multiple high-priority situations at once * Know industry best practices for maintaining a stable computing environment Preferred: MCSE Qualified candidates forward MS word resume, advise required hourly rate (on corp/corp or 1099 basis) and availability details.
