A unique opportunity has been created for an experienced Change Manager to work on a major reform program which will have far reaching impacts and will centre on organisational improvement and effectiveness. Your key focus will be in supporting the business in the roll out of a new streamlined on-boarding and leadership program ensuring staff have the right support in place to implement this significant people change initiative. Working as a part of a dedicated team your core responsibilities will include: Developing an implementation plan for the roll out of an On-boarding and Leadership program including reviewing work underway and ensuring staff are equipped to manage and lead the change Undertaking stakeholder identification and analysis and people impact assessments Developing detailed Change and Communication plans and all supporting materials Undertaking workshop facilitation and provide coaching and support to the business. This will offer you a broad and challenging role which will be critical in assisting this organisation smoothly work through this reform period. To ensure your success you will have over 4 years experience as a dedicated Organisational Change Manager working on people related projects or programs. You will be an outstanding communicator with extensive experience in engaging with senior management effectively as well as having strong facilitation skills. It is critical that you have a proven track record in managing change programs end-to-end. Experience in working on leadership development or on-boarding programs is highly desirable.
