Provides support and problem resolution for moderate to complex e-Commerce application. Job Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works well individually as well as with a team Excellent troubleshooting Experience translating technical issues to non-technical team members Ability to use SQL to retrieve data for problem research and data updates Experience with squirrel and db-visualizer a plus Light Unix and Linux administration and basic Unix and Linux user skills Comfortable reading XML, SQL and Java Stack Traces Experience with customer facing web application across multiple browser support Experience Maintaining documentation and Support Procedures Experience with Change Management and Incident Management Process
