Now that we need it translated, we would like a Wordpress expert, that can work around the customizations, and make the site multilingual, (perhaps with WPML). From other quotes, we have seen that 19-20 hours of work should be enough to make the transition. We need a responsible individual or small company that will undertake this task, and will take proper backups, and will use an offline copy so that the down time is minimal.
