Alumni Database Entry - Data Entry
We are the oldest nonprofit performing arts school and camp in America. We have hard copy information on our alumni. We need this information input into an Excel spreadsheet. Detail oriented, hard worker that cares about accuracy and doing an error free job. Job Description: We are currently seeking an expert Data Entry Specialist that can receive information from a variety of sources and can accurately and quickly integrate it into our systems. Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities: - Interface with team members and external vendors/partners to receive required data assets - Use a variety of tools to organize and input data into our systems, whether it may be spreadsheets, documents, invoices, images, written content or other formats - Deliver requested data assets to team members in a timely fashion - Ensure the accuracy of both data input and output - Periodically conduct verification sessions as necessary Your qualifications: - Previous experience in data entry - A firm understanding of office applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, email and databases - Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests - Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills - Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred - Please mention any additional proficiencies you may have as they will be considered ------------------------------------------ Added 10 MAY 2012, 23:55 PM EDT This will just be 30 hours.
