If this opportunity is for you please email me a word version of your resume and call me. andrea.gaipa@modis.com and (925)948-1209 As the CX Producer you will: · Oversee the execution of the "creative vision" of large assigned programs and projects, and implements customer experience designs for online applications and Web sites. · Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution. · Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance. · Team with creative, business and technical leads to manage strategic design implementation. · Manage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions. · Strategically conceptualize and produce content for new and existing web/multimedia applications. · Guide and ensure consistency throughout the site by maintaining corporate brand and quality standards. · May oversee work performed by others on projects and serve as inspiration to the direction of the unit while not directly managing people. Requirements: · 5+ yrs exp w/ BA, BS, or MA in communications, human factors, information sciences or graphic/visual arts · Experience with user centered design methods including task analysis and user scenarios · Proven track record for managing complex projects within larger organizations with a mature user centered design methodology Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and engagement management skills Passion for touchscreen/mobile design, gadgets and emerging technologies Banking or financial services background strongly preferred but not necessary.
