DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: EE File maintenance Answer basic HR question regarding policy, procedure, PTO and benefits Track Leave of Absence data Assist Senior HR Executives as needed Coordinate employee and security access Prepare confidential HR correspondence I-9 Maintenance New hire V.O.E.s Coordination of trainings schedules Generate AD-HOC reports as needed Assist with Company Events REQUIREMENTS 3 + years of experience performing administrative duties and tasks supporting Human Resources functions. Superior organizational skills, computer knowledge Attention to detail, Great at problem solving Willing and able to take initiative are required. Overtime may be required.
