Our Client is one of the most recognized names in the hospitality industry.  They are a solid company, have been in business for years and only hire the best.   They are looking for an HR Assistant, that is going to be the "go - to" person for everything HR.  The ideal candidate will be a confident, "people person" that knows the day-to-day workings of an HR Department and can get answers and can get things done for employees and management.   This is a growth opportunity with a highly esteemed organization that will offer a career path for you.    DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:   EE File maintenance Answer basic HR question regarding policy, procedure, PTO and benefits Track Leave of Absence data Assist Senior HR Executives as needed Coordinate employee and security access Prepare confidential HR correspondence I-9 Maintenance New hire V.O.E.s Coordination of trainings schedules Generate AD-HOC reports as needed Assist with Company Events REQUIREMENTS   3 + years of experience performing administrative duties and tasks supporting Human Resources functions. Superior organizational skills, computer knowledge Attention to detail, Great at problem solving Willing and able to take initiative are required. Overtime may be required.
