Provides Production Support to Manufacturing, Quality, Projects, Traffic, Customers (Internal/External), Senior Management, Shipping and Receiving. Responsible for all scheduling functions within the assembly operations: * Support change control and understand how it affects inventory and work in process *Proficient knowledge as it relates to a responsible tasks and/or activities - Quality, Transportation, Traffic, MRP Controller, Inventory Controller, Team Center, and Master Schedule. * Support of Standard Work in Progress (SWIP) and how it relates to the Takt time of each cell (Assembly Stations). *Quality Coordination/Control *Record Retention Coordination *Overseeing manufacturing to ensure and support schedule starts and deliveries to Master Schedule. *Compliance coordination*Creating, managing, and maintaining visual controls. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. Or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7+ years will be acceptable. Experience must be within manufacturing or production control. Required: *Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment *Good knowledge of inventory practices; i.e., cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, issuing and receiving of material/components *Knowledge of scheduling practices and visual controls (Standard Work in Progress, Hours - Actual versus Planned, etc.) *Strong written and verbal skills *Ability to multi task *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred: *Proficient in SAP Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
