Check out our website – www.core-assoc.com for more information on what we do and what it’s like to work at Core - http://core-assoc.com/company/careers/life-at-core/ Key Technical Skills / Education / Experience Requirements 2-5 years SQL Server support experience 1-5 years programming experience with .NET, C# Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) Experience with VB6 is a plus Experience with WPF is a plus Job Requirements / Qualities Provide first level support to customers to resolve SQL Server issues (60%) Identify, research and resolve technical issues and non-technical issues working with the customer’s internal or external IT resources Document, track and monitor support tickets within Help Desk software to provide prompt and accurate solutions to all client requests and inquiries Code, implement, test, debug and document provided designs and requirements for product solutions; focus to start will be on fixes and enhancements (40%) Interact and work well within a team environment; position reports to Client Services Manager and Manager, Software Development Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills; strong attention to detail Excellent oral/written communication skills; extremely customer-focused and demonstrates patience when communicating with non-technical customers Able to prioritize between support and programming related tasks and timelines as needed Self-motivated, focused, organized and disciplined Initiates activity toward goals without unnecessary delay Comfortable working in a virtual environment; must possess a good computer, quiet place to work, Internet connection 5 Mbps or higher Limited to no travel aside from annual company meeting Benefits The opportunity to learn about the construction, property management and real estate industry Gain knowledge and experience in client service management and software development The chance to work for a growing virtual software development firm The opportunity to work in a collaborative, productive and fun environment Please send resume and cover letter (as Word documents) by clicking on the Click Here to Apply on this page.
