We are currently hiring for the following opportunity: Role Description: 1) Work with Team Members and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop and implement technical and soft skill training programs for Global Payment Options. 2) Improve and expand existing training programs incorporating feedback, new technologies and training platforms. 3) Design, develop and update existing on-line and print materials for the Global Payment Options organization using HTML and XML coding, Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Photoshop and Microsoft design tools. Develop interactive course content in multiple formats, including computer-based training, virtual classroom materials and instructor-led training. 4) Manage end to end training projects within larger business projects. Ability to establish, build and manage strong, trusting relationships between the training department and internal customers Ability to work within a cross-functional team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on day-to-day tasks Instructional design and training development: Instructor led, e-Learning and blended learning experience Ability to convert information into key meaningful business context Experience using innovative training delivery mechanisms, leveraging technology and other training mediums Strong communication and influencing skills Exceptional project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to create instructional guides and participant training materials Ability to problem solve; create solutions Proven use of training methodologies and knowledge of current and emerging technologies (Knowledge in Adult Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick model of evaluation) Demonstrated involvement with initiatives that have increased organizational effectiveness through quantifiable metrics Strong technical writing skills HTML and XML coding experience 1-3 years instructional design experience Technical Skills Required: 1-3 years HTML and XML coding experience Proficient use of Microsoft business software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio). Experience with Microsoft Project a plus. Proven experience with development software such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Photoshop and other simulation software
