Job Responsibilities: Supporting and fixing any issues that come up regarding any malware, abuse, SPAM and extremely sensitive material within the Business Units. Deal with ambiguous data and recognize patterns. Follow a set of procedures and have the propensity to throw a red flag. This is an estimated 2+ year Contingent/Temporary position located in Redmond, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources also located in Redmond, WA. Requirements: Dispute Manager Qualifications: This person must be very trustworthy and have high integrity. Technical knowledge in Windows, IE, Hotmail, Messenger and Azure, Excel and SQL. Ability to make judgment calls in data insufficient materials. Ability to make interfaces from data beyond following a set of detailed instructions. Ability to infer intention from a limited sequence of data. Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies. Comfort with ambiguous input data and not too sensitive to highly offensive material. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience working in abuse related (spam, malware) material. Customer issue management. 4 year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
