The ERSC Day Two Systems Manager receives, owns, and resolves ticket trouble issues related to ERSC Supported Client platforms. The ERSC Day Two Systems Manager will also complete and track move and change orders while completing associated Change documentation and notifications. ERSC Day Two Systems Manager completes these tasks with the use of tools, process, and teamwork. The Day Two Systems Manager is responsible for receiving and working tickets according to specified time frames. They are responsible for engagement of the Client Technical leads , Client Service Managers, vendors and tiered support as needed. Skills: Successful candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
