Hello, I am managing director for a start up company for English teaching schools here in China. We need someone to quickly develop a small 7-8 page website for our English School here in China as we are opening for business very very soon so if you aren't available to start work very soon and able to finish a basic website quickly, please do not bid/quote this job. Below are details for quoting purposes and design info: - Need company to be able to speak Chinese and English well as content will be in both languages - Website will need to be between 7 to 8 pages -Website will need to have both a Chinese version and an English version. - Pages will be very basic and plan to be the following: (Home/About/News/Study Abroad/Summer Camp/FAQ/Testimonials/Contact) - I will supply all content in English. Most of the content has also been translated into Chinese but the company bidding should be able to make translations as needed (and can't use Google Translator - we need someone to personally make correct translations) - Most pictures will also be provided by me however if there are graphics you have we can add them. - We are fine on choosing a template from a collection you may have. As long as it looks professional, we are fine with that. - Need a backend content management system (CMS) so we can adjust pictures and content on our own as the company progresses so we can change information on each page when needed. *Keep in mind, we have actually already paid a web designer to produce a website for our company but not only have they taken way too long but haven't produced any solid results for us so we are looking to hire someone new but time is of the essence as well as our budget so please bid accordingly based on these two factors. We need a quick bid and need to know in your bid, how long it will take to develop and launch the site. Also, since this site will be based in China, Google is basically useless here as Chinese use Baidu as a search engine so we will need hire someone knowledgable in how to submit URL to Baidu as well as other SEO for Chinese search engines. Google still needs to be incorporated of course but is less important than knowing how to reach Chinese web users Also, since budget is a major concern as is time frame, please bid most competitively.
