Managed Security Services Monitor Job Description:Security Monitor - A Security Monitor oversees the daily responsibility of managing the Remedy based ticketing system and incoming phone support. Tickets and phone support will be evaluated by ticket/call severity for further notification and processing to Tier 2 and Tier 3 staff. For Severity 1 and 2 (outage) type of tickets/events, a Security Monitor will have the responsibility of engagements with LEC per customer for Circuit testing and possible Vendor engagements for hardware/software dispatches.
