Team members analyze, design, test and implement solutions for product and system enhancements. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Writes use cases and creates system diagram flows. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. May be required to be on call, third level support. *Minimum Qualifications * Experience in financial services/banking; Experience analyzing and working with electronic payment processing, including ACH, wires, lockbox, credit card or other. * 5-7 years technical analyst experience *Experience mapping and/or analyzing EDI, XML, iDoc, ISO or similar formats/transactions related to payments processing. *Experience with systems/application-level integration projects. Experience writing functional design documents; Support of infrastructure-level changes throughout the life cycle from reviewing business requirements and interpreting for technical discussion and design, testing, and deployment. *Experience depicting systems or data or process flows using diagrams *Excellent listening skills, self-starter, assertive, thorough, follows established procedures, ability to meet deadlines, flexible, ability to adapt to changing priority and process *Strong relationship-building and customer partnering skills *Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously between multiple projects *Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project and Outlook * Ability to flourish and deliver quality work on time in a fast-paced, high demand, high profile environment *Preferred Skills *Business Process Modeling utilizing TIBCO Business Studio (vs. MS Visio or other tools) *Experience writing technical use cases, creating traceability matrices, and object oriented design *Middleware experience *Transmission Protocols *eCommerce applications Keywords: Business Analysis
