This is a 6-12 month contract, may extend for contract to hire. As a trade compliance analyst on our Product Database team, you will be responsible for assigning technical information, to include Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) on the parts we sell. You will be challenged by research and analysis and will continually develop expertise on our suppliers' products. . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Understand and apply export compliance regulations to computer products and components . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - BS, International Trade, Global Business or may consider BS in Electrical Engineering along with strong related trade compliance skills noted below: - Experience in the electronics industry - Experience working for a distributor of electronic components, computer products or a component/computer products manufacturer - Trade Compliance experience, including export classification assignments and review of components and computer products - Working knowledge of Commerce Control List (CCL) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) system - Lean Sigma or continuous process improvement experience - Attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize work - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to research and solve complex problems with limited information - Ability to work independently - Ability to make complex decisions with limited or multiple sets of data .
