Title: PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst Location: Portland, OR Type: 6 Month Contract Job: 11301 You will be working with business clients to elicit, interpret and document business requirements. Map requirements to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 application and perform fit-gap analysis. Evaluate alternatives and develop plans to address gaps between PeopleSoft and the business requirement. Make recommendations to implement new features or functions in the 9.1 application. Work closely with clients and Application Development team to develop detailed design documents, test plans and test scripts as well as coordinate the execution of functional, system and user acceptance testing. Coordinate and support deployment of the work product to production. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required: * 3-5 years of directly related experience as business analyst working with ERP systems * At least 3 years of functional PeopleSoft HCM experience, with 1 or more years on version 9.1. * Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in computer science, business, communications or related field * Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and human relations skills * Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills * Ability to work well cross-functionally with a variety of people to accomplish goals and support others * Experience in all phases of testing including functional, system, and user acceptance testing * Knowledge of Agile development methodology preferred * PeopleSoft Contingent Worker functionality knowledge preferred ________________________________________________________________ InfoGroup Northwest Inc., located in beautiful Portland, Oregon is a premier IT Staffing firm for some of the Northwest's top Mid Sized and Fortune 500 companies.
