Helpdesk Level 1 PRS3250 Location: St. Paul, MN Length: 6 months, possibility to extend an additional 6 months Type of Contract: Temporary Looking to identify 2 resources. Temporary contracts with option/right to hire. Job Details Two- or Four-year degree required. Windows 7 experience and Microsoft Office 2010 suite of products (most importantly probably being Outlook 2010) familiarity strongly preferred. Help Desk experience preferred. General IT acumen / knowledge preferred. Customer service experience required. Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of computer and software technologies utilizing remote communication with the end user. Will also assign trouble ticket number and escalate for more difficult problems.
