Copywriter
We are looking for a unique person who loves efficiency-writing the least number of words to describe whatever needs describing. This person loves the challenge of editing large amounts of copy into the smallest number of words while staying true to the original message. They must be comfortable working with a diverse group of people and be ready to present information in an appealing, informative, concise, and easy-to-understand manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with internal partners and accept varied writing assignments. Read and analyze technical information for new and existing products, for presentation in a digital communication vehicle. Review and adjust existing program copy to meet the needs of marketing and management. Organize workload for efficient time management. Meet multiple deadlines on time. Write other types of documents such as letters of response, personal interviews, items for other departments, instruction manuals, etc. Check questionable details. Maintain accurate information in product files. Proofread and edit. Assist team leader and other copywriters. Consider laws governing copy such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, and material construction.
