Spanish Bilingual Billing Customer Support Specialist
Volt currently has a position open for a Bilingual Billing Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English. This Billing Specialist should have great customer service skills and will be responsible for handling customer issues. Job Responsibilities: Provide last line of support for Billing Claims that have been escalated from T1. Work closely with other groups to make sure all refunds are processing. Process token replacements and initiate refunds or credits. Takes personal accountability for all cases assigned and sees them through to completion. Updating CAP SR and PS bugs with updated information that can be provided to the customer. Clearly understanding the details of the customer's particular issue and processing it accordingly. The ability to maintain multiple different data tracking spreadsheets. Work closely with the Team Lead and Sr. Agents to continually maintain a balance of queue health. Maintain 24 hour SLA on all cases owned. Maintain quality cases with minimal errors. Coordinate with team members to determine how the team can streamline the current processes used within the team. Communicate as needed with the Supportability Program Managers to find resolutions to broken processes. Daily monitor escalation queues and product studio bugs for SLA compliance. Constantly communicate with Sr. Agents and the Team Lead to identify trends and emerging issues. Attend all required meetings and always be prepared to contribute new ideas and theories. Complete special projects assigned on time, to given specifications and as accurately as possible. This is an estimated 12+ month Contingent/Temporary position located in Sammamish, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources also located in Redmond, WA. Requirements: Billing Customer Support Specialist Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish. Working knowledge of Product Studio and CAP is recommended, but not required. Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required (45+ WPM). Extensive knowledge of Xbox 360 and the Xbox LIVE Service is highly recommended, but not required. Soft Skills: Customer Support / Advocacy experience is recommended, but not required. Customer advocate who displays the following behaviors / traits: respectful, empathetic, passionate, transparent, curious and prepared. Great problem solving and research skills. Portrays strong listening, written and verbal skills. An Analytical Thinker who can solve complex problems and clearly explain the solution they have arrived at. Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail. Ability to deliver a hard message to a customer if the resolution dictates.
