Customer Service Rep
Our client a well-known insurance company is looking for future Customer Service Professionals to supplement their team. As a Customer Service Professional you will respond to customer questions via telephone regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. This is a call center environment you must be open to working various shifts and days. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer inquiries regarding insurance, benefits and claims Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes Research and analyze data to address inquiries Strong attention to detail REQUIRED: Minimum 12 months call center experience/automated customer service environment Proficient in computer skills and typing Minimum 25 wpm High School diploma or equivalent Healthcare or insurance a definite plus We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
