This is a full time position with Volt Design & Technical Services (DTS), that provides project-based engineering consulting and manufacturing support services throughout the product life cycle including design, analysis, build-test, production and support. We are currently hiring for an Experienced Pro/E Design Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. The individual will support the Fuel System Development program at the client site. The job duties include but not limited to: Develop test plansWork with test personnel to evaluate test results in order to gain confidence in production intent designsWork in a product development team environment that includes internal and external suppliers to achieve desired component quality. Requirements: To be successful in this position, you would need to possess the following skills: A four year Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree, with two years additional design experience A self-starter who communicates (written & oral) effectivelyPlans and organizes work assignmentsWould know the fundamentals of Pro-E to facilitate drawing creation if needed and understand GD&T conceptsWould be customer focusedWould readily adapt to changeBe able to manage multiple assignments, and put forth extra effort to meet program deadlinesA small amount of local travel may be necessary Desired Qualifications: 4-5 years of fuel system and or diesel engine design experience that span the entire product development cycle (concept to production) Submit your resume today!
