AltaSource Group's Seattle-based client needs a stellar Hyperion Developer with Oracle EPM Planning (version 11) and Essbase platform. This position will play a critical role in meeting Finance business needs through the support and enhancement of the Hyperion planning and Essbase platform. Responsibilities: ? Partner with internal business teams to define business requirements, technical specifications and design solutions. ? Develop and implement technical designs/solutions. Drive test and deployment processes. ? Organize and manage projects. Deliver all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment. ? Support the Oracle EPM Planning/Essbase platform as technical issues arise in production. ? Provide recommendations and lead efforts for internal improvements in areas such as code management and migration, lab management and disaster recovery preparedness. ? Support and follow our clients stringent SDLC ? Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment . Qualifications: ? 5+ years' of Hands on experience with creation, maintenance and optimization of forms, calculation scripts, business rules within Planning and Essbase. ? 3+ years' of Hands on experience with updating Planning and Essbase metadata (entities, accounts, etc.). ? Experience with ODI and Star Analytics SIS and SFCC tools a plus. ? Experience designing and building database applications, familiarity with finance and accounting processes, and openness to new technologies. ? Experience with ETL Development, DB2 and Informatica experience is preferred. ? Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action. ? Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company. ? Must be able to drive investigations to completion and ensure customer satisfaction. Work Experience and Education Guidelines: ? 5+ years' of experience lin building and leading Hyperion applications. ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field is preferred. No Corp-Corp, 1099 etc. Core Competencies: ? Strong skills in Oracle EPM Planning (version 11) and Essbase platform. ? Strong verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. ?
