Requirement: MUST HAVE 7-10 years of IT expeirence as a Websphere Portal Developer Proficient in Portlet life cycle, Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Struts, JSF, and Struts. Must have demonstrable experience in successfully developing & rolling out WebSphere Portal Server projects with hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Portal, Rational Application Developer, JSR 168, 286 standard portlets development. Knowledge in one or more databases and SQL Experience with IBM WebSphere Portal V6.1 or V7.0 MUST HAVE experience working with SOAP/Web Services Experience with complete life cycle of system development of J2EE development and building web-based applications. UNIX and Scripting experience is desired Experience with Portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes and sound fundamental knowledge of Portal navigation and usability techniques
