We offer rental studio space for musicians to practice with their band. We have 6 studios to administrate. Clients call us or send us emails to reserve studio time, we book them on our calendar and we invoice them! We are using right now File Maker pro to admin all the business operations (client data base, calendar and invoicing). The First phase of the project is to install on our servers a complete CRM that would integrate our DB and that would be fully adapted to our Business specifications. We need a programmer that has already worked with CRM, preferably SUGAR CRM or anything open source that would be similar. The System needs to be really user friendly and allow us to add and adjust all the different modules. We might not use all the different component available with in the system but we would prefer to have all the features available of a CRM so that we can gradually adjust them to our needs. Here is a little resume of what we expect from our CRM: - Full Admin board - Manage client's info (create and edit profile with in the spec of our DB) - Connect client info to the calendar for reservation studio time - Calendar will need to allow us to book time for the 6 studios (at the same time) - Filter tools for the calendar and easy search - Full alert system (date reminder, meetings, to do etc ?) - Team management system (task management connected to the calendar and intramail) - Full Accounting that could be link to users and their studio time (invoice client, send invoice to client by email, inventory and transactions) it needs to be exportable excel and or PDF! - Full Stats report (accounting) : daily, weekly and monthly sales. - Search engine that would allow us to search within all the major specifications of our database. This project is the first phase of our web development. In the second phase we will integrated our DB on to our new website allowing it to publish on the web specific information like our Studio's calendar as well as members profile. We would like also to have a chat so that we can reserve live by chat. We would allow the user to connect to our web site and have access to their profile so that they can update it, reserve and pay for studio time on line and also manage and up load content. We wish to work with someone who has a good experience in creating database and integrating data with a CRM. The first phase should be complete with maximum 2 weeks. If satisfied of the work we would then proceed to the second phase of development with our Programmer! ------------------------------------------ Added 27 MAY 2012, 15:07 PM EDT Hi We are thinking to possibly stay in FIle Maker Pro but to actually Up grade it! We are using FMP edition 8! Also we are on a local server (computer) we would need to instal our DB on line!
