247 Directly links needed (List already compiled) over 3 weeks

Hello, We have a list of 246 directories for one website > Links need to be added over 3 weeks. ~ 80 per week. We want to randomize the title for each with between key phrases (~ 5 different for each) We have a list in MS Excel that you would work link building by hand per week. You would need to mark off in the Excel file for each one you've submitted to and then send us weekly update. We need a link builder to do an OUTSTANDING job and to make sure our companies are placed in the correct categories and the copy & tags are custom and corresponding.
