The right candidate will be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization. He/she will have a proven track recording of meeting the expectations and requirements of our clients and consultants. This individual is a self-starter who values team input and is willing to give input for the betterment of the team. Responsibilities Include: Identify, screen and present active and passive top-tier IT candidates to clients. Develop and maintain candidate relationships by phone and in person. Establish and effectively utilize systems that support continual relationship building with new and current customers. Partner with Account Manager to support client relationships while proactively using their network to recruit against the sales pipeline. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence through the use of industry, market, and client publications and continued development of consultant relationships. Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and phone interviews for Isos Technology and client hiring managers with candidates. Assess technical requirements and have the ability to successfully source candidates; presenting qualified candidates to the recruiting team. Identify potential staffing customers and contact them to build interest in Isos Technology's service offerings SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred Minimum 2+ years IT and Technical Recruiting experience required AIRS Certification a plus ATS experience required Social networking sourcing skills preferred Strong internet skills including a variety of web-based applications Strong MS Office experience Strong problem solving abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Increased level of business knowledge, must be savvy Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills Familiarity with Google Products including Gmail and Google Apps preferred Previous customer support experience Job Type: Contract, C2H, Direct Hire
