Job Description-Ergonomic Engineer, Ergonomist Temporary experienced ergonomist (ergonomic engineer) needed working in a union based manufacturing plant reviewing/assessing current equipment and offering/designing improvement in machine tools and equipment with th efocus on the human factor. Required Skills/Experience: Ergonomic engineering experience in a manufacturing facility focusing on machine improvements to improve the ergonomic aspects for machine operators of the equipment. Safety knowledge and experience also required Desired Skills/Experience: At least 5 years experience; abiltiy to design improvements to machines Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, people oriented, working with al levels of people, ability to train and design.
