Project Manager - Content £175-225 a day 6 month contract Publishing/Information Our client is a leading publisher of Healthcare information to the NHS with a huge lean towards digital information. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee 2 major projects within the publishing team. Responsibilities: Project 1 - a client facing role - is to manage the process by which high quality content is delivered to the NHS. This involves working with internal and external partners in delivering content to high standard and key deadlines, ensuring all schedules are met, advising advisory groups on what is expected and why, liaising with and managing clients, liaising directly with clients to report and troubleshoot on content delivery projects already in progress and working with the content team to ensure content is delivered to end user on time. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of this process whilst managing key stakeholders - both external and internal Project 2 - The internal infrastructure which holds the content is being restructured within the business and you will be required to help manage this. This involves setting up large scale localisation and translation projects, cementing relationships with the Editorial, Products, Technical and Informatics team taking into account their requirements and managing expectations, ensuring schedules are met and that tracking and monitoring services work. Overall, the infrastructure needs to be able to help different departments track and keep to deadline. A dual role with the need for the ideal candidate to have: Knowledge of Digital and Health communications Understanding of working for or within public sector environments Experience working in Communications, Publishing or an Information-based environment Strong Project Management skills Understanding of how Information can be processed from concept to delivery stage This is an excellent and challenging opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator and likes to make complex projects seamless.
