AIM Consulting is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with specific experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  The right individual will have a proven track record developing applications utilizing Dynamics CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 and enjoy working in a highly collaborative, agile work environment.  This individual must be able to sit onsite 40 hours a week.   What will you be doing?   ·         Be a key contributor on a challenging Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade project.  The enterprise sales application, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is being upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011. ·         Develop feature designs provide enhancements to the upcoming CRM 2011 implementation. ·         Participate in development, implementation, testing, deployment and administration of CRM. ·         Follow agile/scrum development methodology.  ·         Grow the technology with the business; be creative and build both what is needed now and help design and drive the next generation of the software.   What will you need?   ·         BS Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience. ·         Strong technical skills with deep experience with web based architecture ·         Proven experience designing and building complex applications from the ground up. ·         3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 / CRM 4.0 SDK ·         Experience with CRM 2011/ CRM 2011 SDK is preferred. ·         Experience installing, configuring and administering Microsoft CRM 4.0 and CRM 2011, including user accounts, profiles, roles and other security settings. ·         3+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server. ·         Experience with web services technologies. ·         Skills needed to accurately assess and schedule work to meet business deadlines. ·         Strong desire to learn and to help others learn. ·         Strong problem solving skills. ·         Experience with Agile software development practices preferred.
