HH1227, Temporary Customer Support Services Assistant (6 months fixed term contract) Gloucester, GL1 1JB £18,120 per annum We are looking for a Customer Support Services Assistant to join our Customer Service Team.You will have service desk experience to provide a frontline telephone answering and reception service to our customers. You will be expected to resolve basic issues via phone and in person, and to pass customers onto the correct part of the business, recording all relevant information as necessary. You will possess proven excellent customer service skills. You will need to understand and use a telephony system and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous knowledge of social housing would be an advantage although not essential.
